Your Sanctuary Awaits

Explore Upcoming Events

Many of us feel perpetually busy, on the go, and running on empty. In our non-stop lives it's so easy to slip into that relentless 'fight or flight' mode, where your own needs are always last on the list.

Self Kindness Sanctuary events are designed to be a held space where you can pause, consciously step away from the 'shoulds' and 'must-dos', and take some time for rest and replenishment.

With gentle guiding, including mindfulness and forest bathing techniques, I support you to get out of your busy mind and come home to yourself: reconnecting with your body and a sense of peace and calm within.

Whether you have one hour or a whole day to dedicate to your wellbeing, the Self Kindness Sanctuary offers a supportive foundation for your self kindness journey, with tips and techniques for building a sustainable self kindness practice that fits your life.

When you commit to this time for yourself you find

Peace, tranquillity, and a sense of coming home to yourself.

Clarity, helping you to respond rather than react.

The ability to choose a life of greater ease.

I offer a range of Self Kindness Sanctuary events - both online and in person - and can create bespoke events on request.
