The Self Kindness Sanctuary is built on the belief that your wellbeing isn't a luxury you need to earn; it's the foundation for everything else in life.

My purpose is to help you move out of chronic stress and overwhelm by reconnecting you with your own inner wisdom: that part of you that is always kind and knows exactly what you need. 

I provide the guidance, and you choose the path that feels kindest to you.

Online Monthly Membership

Low-cost, flexible membership with a new self kindness theme each month. Includes guided home practices, resources, and our deeply relaxing live online Sanctuary Session (recordings included). Just get yourself here, and I will catch you.

In-Person Sanctuary

Gentle in-person sessions, workshops, and retreats designed for deep rest and replenishment. These spaces are created for you to fully step away from the overwhelm, reconnect with nature, and find restorative stillness. Includes everything from 1-hour village hall sessions to half and whole-day retreats, often held in nature. New locations and formats are always being considered.
